For all patients to attend! This fun, fantastic and fast class will educate, entertain and empower you to optimize your health as well as those around you! Dr. Kelly and Dr. Lain find that the patients that have attended this ongoing class will enjoy significant savings in health care costs. Topics covered include posture, spinal strenghtening excercises as well as understanding how and why Chiropractic, Manual Therapy and Physiotherapy work!.
