Insurance

We accept, and are in-network with, many insurance plans. Chiropractic benefits can vary between each carrier and plan. As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify chiropractic coverage prior to the initial appointment and bill the insurance on their behalf. Listed below are some of the insurance companies we are credentialed with. Please call us if you don’t see your insurance on this list, and we can assist you further.

Self Pay

Patients who do have insurance coverage, or who do not wish to go through their insurance, can request a Good Faith Estimate from the office which we will provide to them within the appropriate time constraints required by the No Surprise Act. Those patients may also participate in our discount program through ChiroHealthUSA. Contact the office for more information or with any questions!

Notice of Privacy Practices

Per the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) we, as a covered entity, are require to provide all patients with a notice in writing of how we use and disclose your protected health information. We take the protection of all patient’s information very seriously and, as such, we do not share your information with any outside agencies outside of regular healthcare procedures and operations. At a patient’s first visit in our office, they are provided with a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices. The notice is below as well for any and all to view. This Notice of Privacy Practices is subject to change at any point in time, so check regularly as updates may occur.
